We also own an apartment in Paris
and we are specialized in temporary and holiday rentals. L I M A offers a
selection of fully equipped apartments in lovely districts of Paris whether
your stay is for business or pleasure, for short, medium or long term. Also,
LIMA welcomes the tenants directly at the apartment 7
days a week.
1. RESERVATIONS
MAKING A RESERVATION is very easy. . .
After verifying the availability of the apartment you've chosen, fill
out the "Request" form by indicating your name, address, telephone
number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons.
Next, validate to get an estimate (if it doesn’t work, it means the
apartment is not available for the requested period). If the proposal suits
you, you only need to validate it again and we will email you.
A reservation is accepted if the customer is 18 years old when the
reservation is made.
2. DEPOSIT
PAYMENT
(agency fees)
We must receive a deposit
for your reservation corresponding to 40% of the total cost of the
rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved
in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by
credit card, bank transfer (swift is recommended), postal money order,
Travellers Checks or cash if you are in Paris. The €uro is the accepted
currency. We will send you a confirmation in writing (via e-mail or letter)
and please, verify that all the details of your rental are correct.
3.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance of the rental cost must
be paid on arrival at the apartment otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and
the deposit will be lost.
The person making the reservation is held responsible for payment of the
cost of the temporary rental and for compliance to the associated terms; he
or she will be responsible for the persons sharing the apartment according
to our general conditions.
4.
PAYMENT METHOD
Only the following payment methods are accepted:

(telegraphic transfer - Swift)
- traveler’s
checks
- postal money
order
- cash
For the rental, only €URO is the accepted currency
or the equivalent in foreign currency but only for the security deposit.

5. PRICE
The
price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical
appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence
taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4
weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on
arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment
but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The
price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
>
Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
>
Your security deposit which must be
paid in €uro or the equivalent in foreign currency (Dollars for example).
6.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit is requested to cover any damages caused by the
persons occupying the flat. The amount is one week’s rent if the rental
is less than a month or equal to the rental for some apartments (but never
more than a month rental). For the rental of a month and plus, the amount
is a month’s rent. This security deposit must be paid by pre-authorization on credit card
: VISA or Mastercard or paid in Cash or
Travellers Checks, in €uro or the equivalent in foreign currency (for
example : Dollars) and will be returned on the day of your departure,
of course in cash if you have received cash, with deductions made, or, if
applicable, the sum owed to Lessor. In the case of damage caused by you,
which requires estimates from professionals, your security deposit will be
kept for a time period of 60 days after the check out in order to settle
the amount of the expenses.
7. CANCELLATION BY L.I.M.A
If unforeseen circumstances occur, we may be obliged to assign you a
different apartment than the one reserved, you will be informed and we will
do our best to see that you are given accommodation in a flat of a similar category.
We reimburse only if we don’t have a similar category available.
8. CANCELLATION BY YOU
We keep the entire cost of your rental or deposit of reservation in case of
cancellation by yourself as follows :
- You do not show up on the
planned arrival date.
- You change dates for your stay.
- You decide to leave the flat
before the planned departure date.
- You cancel your reservation
9.
NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on
the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years
old). If the number of occupants is not respected, L.I.M.A reserves the
right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your
rental.
10. ON ARRIVAL
Check in takes place 7 days a week, started from 14:00 to 23:00, after this time, we will charge 50 €uros for late arrivals. Upon your arrival in Paris, you
must call us at the following number: 0033(0)611 288 970 in order to confirm the meeting time
at the apartment (please, do it 1 to 2 hours before our meeting).
The reservation is agreed upon and accepted for a seasonal or temporary
furnished rental. When you arrive, we will sign a rental agreement (if not done), you will pay the balance of
the rent, give us the security deposit (pre-authorization by credit card :
VISA or Mastercard or in cash or Traveler’s cheques : it will be given back to you
on check out, in cash if we have received cash, with a deduction of
any expenses incurred by damage in the apartment), you will give us a copy of your passport or ID card for every
person occupying to the rented apartment, (thank you to plan), will
communicate us the name and the telephone number of people to be contacted
in an emergency and in return, you will be given the keys.
11. ON DEPARTURE
The rental ends before midday, we will come at the apartment for the departure
formalities (condition of the premises, inventory, security deposit and
return of the keys). The departure is carried out after you have completely
vacated the premises.
12. PETS
For reasons of hygiene, pets are not permitted in our flats.
13. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We accommodate you in a furnished and fully equipped flat and you are
responsible for any deterioration that occurs during the period that you
have exclusive possession.
The flat should be turned over to
us in the same state of cleanliness and working order.
You are not permitted to put anything on the walls or to move equipment
and furniture..
Do not transfer the rental or sublet the flat.
Do not practice any commercial or other activity on the premises.
Occupy the flat with respect to other occupants of the building.
If these conditions are not respected, we can end your rental without any
prior notification.
14. OUR
RESPONSIBILITIES
Making a flat available that is in good condition and working order.
We are not responsible for any cancellation or delay in rental due to
reasons over which we have no control: political, religious events,
terrorism, natural disasters, fires, accidents, war, strikes, governmental
measures, industrial actions, etc.
We cannot be responsible for any mechanical break down of equipment in the
flat or the co-property, e.g. the elevator, electric doors, heating, TV
antenna, etc . . . or for a service outage: electricity, water, gas or
cable TV, Internet. We are not responsible for your rental choice.
15. TELEPHONE
The telephone line is restrictive, which means you can receive calls
but you can only call emergency numbers (Ambulance, Fire Department,
Police). To make other phone calls using this phone, you must buy a
telephone card that uses a code number and not a chip at the Post Office or
at a tobacco shop. By entering the card's code you will be able to access a
telephone line for France and international calls
using the credit you have on the card.(Cost around 10 Euros).
16. CLEANING AND
HOUSEHOLD LINEN
We give you a flat that is in perfect condition and we request that you
return it in the same condition as you found it (dishes washed, dried and put
away, refrigerator empty of all provisions, garbage emptied).
At your arrival, the beds are made, you have extra sheets, bath towels and
dishtowel at your disposal. On the
day of your departure, we ask that you put the dirty laundry near the
washing machine.
If the conditions of cleanliness are not respected, a sum of 100 €uros
will be deducted from your security deposit for cleaning fee.
17. BEHAVIOUR
The person signing the contract is
responsible for his/her group.
If a person occupying the premises creates a disturbance, we will be
obliged to end the rental agreement before the time period expires and we
will keep the entire cost of your rental.
18. PHOTOS
Photographs found on our site cannot be used without the authorisation of L
I M A, under threat of legal action.
19. SECURITY AND
VALUABLES
We are not liable for any loss or theft of valuable objects that belong to
you. You must have a civil liability insurance.
20. LITIGATION
In case of litigation occurring for the execution of the general conditions
or during their realisation and in regards to the conditions or their
consequences, if a friendly settlement does not occur and if the litigation
must be brought to a court, the parties give jurisdiction to the Tribunal
de PARIS (Paris Court).
